We do have a book club and we do cover some of those books in our monthly book club, but they're expected to do it on their own one way or another.
There is a little bit of a test that we have in our intranet that they have to pass.
It's pretty easy.
so they can fake their way through it.
But we hope they don't, right, in the spirit of great people.
We hope these are people who are trying to learn and grow.
And it's nice because when you read a book together, you now share a brain.
Look, the truth is a lot of what's shared in Conscious Capitalism is most relevant to me and my top team in the way that we shape the organization and whatnot.
But by having, let's say, everyone read that, they can hold us accountable to behaving that way.
And I think the same is true with almost any book or concept operating way of thinking.
And so philosophy.
And so we try to have these shared philosophies.
And in fact, that's something that I'm very big on.
And the reason that I keep harping on this strategic guide
I, for instance, do these three-hour CEO orientations.
Every person who works at Lovesac, after they've been with us for about 90 days, so they know what their job is, they kind of know what they're doing here, they know what the company is, they know what choices they've made in life.
They have to sit with me for like three hours and I unpack for them in great depth
our strategic guided left side going very deeply into our values and what they mean, our guiding principles, our strategy, our vision, all these things.
And again, this could be a coordinator in customer service, but I believe that if everyone in the company deeply understands or makes an attempt anyway to deeply understand the philosophies that drive us,
that coordinator doesn't really need a lot of management because they kind of know what they should do for this customer in this situation because they kind of know how we think.
