And I want to say that, again, I want to talk about the residue of that.
It's not that the people that's in my life now are any of the things that I was projecting on them.
They're well capable of paying for their own bill.
And we and there are times where we're just generous and, you know, as a peer group or as family or whatever, you know, my brother pick up the bill.
I do want to say that it was the energy of the little girl, Sheila, saying, I need to... Growing up in a family where I had to take care of people, it was from that energy of taking care of, you know what I mean?
And it was in that energy that...
a lot of a lot of that behavior was still manifesting you know as the adult and i think that
Here was the power in it saying no and hearing what came up for me when I said no or feeling that feeling that came up when the waiter come out.
And because everything is emotion.
Right.
So when the waiter come out and say, how are we going to split the bills?
And it's like four ways, three ways.
Oh, we got separate bills.
Right.
There's a feeling that I have to now digest that.
You know what I mean?
And I think that that was the feeling I was trying to avoid.
And in doing that six times, by like the fifth or sixth time, it was like, oh yeah, we got...
And not even from a she got it, but from this, oh, Sheila, you've really digested that feeling like you don't have that anymore.
So at that point, at the seventh bill, I could say yay or nay.
