Like, there's so many positions.
You could do anything.
And I feel like having that sense of purpose outside of, like, school and just, like, partying is, like, so important.
And...
Those would probably be mine, I think.
Yeah, and just making friends.
I think, oh, also another big one with the sororities, like, I loved having upperclassmen friends, like, to look up to and, like,
I made so many older friends, like all me and my friends and my PC's bigs were all very close.
They'd invite us to do so much stuff and like having that relationship with older girls and like for me, older sisters was like huge when I was a freshman because I feel like I really needed that guidance at like a new school being so far away from home.
It was like so important to me.
So I feel like all those like older sisters and the sorority family was like a really big reason I wanted to join.
I think for me, I was in a dual degree program.
So I spent my first two years of college abroad and I am from California.
So when I was able to come back to California, I knew I wanted to have that more traditional, like true American college experience.
And my sister was in a sorority and that was a huge pivotal part of her four-year experience.
And so I kind of always had, even when I was abroad, that when I got back, I wanted to
really like take full advantage and just try it and so I think for me it was really about being able to like mold my college experience to have two completely different like two years that were one way and two years that were another and I wanted to like allow myself um just to try it just to see if it would be something that I liked and I had no hesitations doing it even as a junior um
And I just felt really like supported throughout the entire experience.
And I knew like basically on day one that it was something that I was
going to really enjoy and just meeting everyone kind of similar to what everyone has said just the opportunity to meet so many people and I went to a school with a really large underclass a really large undergraduate population and I wanted a way to make my school feel smaller so Greek life was just like one of the easier ways to do that totally do you guys feel like from talking to friends and like hearing from other people that people join sororities for like the wrong reasons sometimes or do you think that people go in with like the right reasons usually
