And so having an opportunity to truly go undercover and see on the front line that our franchisees voice-verified

were doing the things for the families that made me so proud was kind of a once in a lifetime experience. voice-verified

So the behind the scenes is giving them a list of every franchise location. voice-verified

And as a franchise or that makes you a little bit nervous because you've got top, middle, and you might have some that you've got in a action plan scenario. voice-verified

Um and then having them go to those locations and interview behind closed doors about two hundred caregivers and have them decide. voice-verified

Um and I was not able to know even where they were fine tuning to where I was going. voice-verified

I didn't know what city I was even flying to until I checked in at the airport. voice-verified

So, you know, trying to really keep the CEO who's in control of everything off her game to have to go into the scenario. voice-verified

But it made me so much more proud knowing that voice-verified

I wasn't going in and just inspecting my top locations. voice-verified

I was going into a random sample of franchisees, a random sample of caregivers, and all of them I would hire to take care of my own twin boys that are six years old and the love of my life. voice-verified

Um, or for my for my mother or my father who passed away two years ago to take care of them. voice-verified

That made me so proud and I don't know of any other way I could have gone in and seen voice-verified

the quality or inspector the quality as Shelley's son. voice-verified

Um but as Linda I was able to do that. voice-verified

I think if you're not gonna be heavily involved in the International Franchise Association, don't franchise. voice-verified
