Uh, and there are some concerns that this would just open the floodgates of cash coming into these elections, much as we've seen in other states like Wisconsin.

Yeah, the the amendment says this will just be provided by law, meaning the legislature can come back and make these these decisions.

For instance, we don't know which justices would be on the ballot first.

They they would be terms staggered so that you'd have, you know, maybe two justices, two justices, three justices over a six-year period.

And we don't know uh how those districts will work if they'll all be at-large, meaning the entire state, uh, or the legislature.

Could decide to draw maps that define which you know what these districts are.

Yeah.

And somebody from each of these seven districts could go in.

Um concerns about like what those maps would actually look like.

We've seen the legislature, gerrymander, congressional races, um, and the the state legislative districts already.

So there are a lot of questions to be d decided here.
