Yeah, and I think something also, Brad, that I thought was amazing to hear from Charlie was, you know, there were several other concepts that were within his same industry.

And he said, you know what?
I know that I have competition here, but we're not thinking of it like that today.
We're just exchanging ideas all for the same reason.
We want to make the most of this time here, the hour and a half or two hours in the morning, and they did.
That competitive nature was that guard was down and everybody was open.
It was an open exchange.
It was like a breath of fresh air.
and there wasn't that tension which happens at other meetings.
I felt that it was great.
Right.
And to hear it from the franchisee's perspective, just to add on to Brad's comments,
was what many franchisors don't have an opportunity to hear, especially the startups.
They're at this on-conference, and they may have just a handful of franchisees themselves, but they're hearing best practices or great comments from top franchisees from major systems.
And how important is that as far as making an impact on decisions that they're making
they're about to make, you know, as they're growing their franchise, their startup franchise or their emerging franchise.
