And those shouldn't be overlooked.

A couple three, six, one double plays in the third with the bases loaded, in the fifth with two on.

And uh that one was uh started really well by by Kaz.

It was a tough play.

Uh and he he turned it uh made a great throw, uh just a great turn there.

So uh those plays were very significant in the outcome as well.

And I think

It's not a direct comp, but there are parallels between Dylan Ces's arrival and then the progression he's made and what the Blue Gees are hoping they can do with Soriano because they do feel that there are some elements that are untapped with them, certainly in terms of the strike throwing, but being able to be a little bit more efficient at times, consistently get deeper into games.

have that vision for Soriano as well.

The difference is they had a full spring training and a good chunk of the offseason to work with Dylan Sees before he was able to hit the ground running, while right now everybody's in midstream and every game is vital.

So you can't just uh hey it's project time.

Let's figure this out.

So I think that's gonna play out a little bit more slowly.

There are conversations

Going on back and forth between him and the club in terms of usage and ideas and things of that nature.

But he's in the midst of a pretty strong season as it is.

So it's not like you're rushing there to go and reinvent the wheel.

But I think the thinking in part, at least from the Blue Jays perspective, is that they can help him uh take the next steps and become just like a Dylan Cease.
