I wouldn't say that that's been my experience of Mark, nor, you know, he's not...
He tends to be much slower in not just how he comes to ideas, but how he expresses them.
I would say that maybe some of the nervousness I've heard is reflective of what Mark was like when he was in his early 20s.
He very much did not, actually.
And it's funny, one of the anecdotes I think we have in the book is Sheryl Sandberg attacking journalists early on, saying, how could you portray him like this?
And how can you cover him like this?
And she describes him as just a young man and he should be left alone and all that.
And so you really saw Facebook go on a PR offensive against that movie, because I think for quite a few people all over the world, that was their introduction to Mark Zuckerberg.
You know, it's funny, I happen to be friends with the journalist, Jeff, who wrote the book that that movie is.
He lives here in Oakland near me.
And I having read the book and having read Jeff's coverage, I can't imagine that it would be flattering the way that Mark Zuckerberg.
Yeah, I mean, look, he's clearly a phenomenal actor.
I think he's known for his method acting.
And I imagine he'll have spent a lot of time watching recent news clips of Mark Zuckerberg and how he moves in public and how he speaks.
But, you know, this is a movie and we're probably going a bit far ahead of ourselves here.
But this movie that's going to reflect where Mark is now, not as a young man in his early 20s, where perhaps people would have forgiven him his mistakes or his blunders.
But he's now in his 40s.
And some of the patterns of behavior that exhibited in his early 20s of moving fast and maybe failing to ask.
So some of those patterns of moving fast and asking ethical questions later, maybe you could forgive somebody in their early 20s whose frontal lobe, you know, lobe wasn't fully developed.
