Shift into new types of technology and emerging technologies was perhaps important.

And this is the type of race where you really need the best of the best in order to be able to compete.

And I think what he has discovered is maybe he doesn't have to be the person to invent something.
But given Facebook's sheer audience, as long as he does a version of it, there is a certain percentage of Facebook's population that will migrate over to it because it's convenient and easy.
I mean,

I don't know if you experienced this, but if you are any of Meta's products, whether it's WhatsApp or Instagram or Facebook, you get pushed onto threads and you eventually kind of think, well, I've got no choice.
They keep prompting me to add myself into this network and they keep showing.

I thought someone had sent me, I think it was on Instagram.
And all of a sudden I was on threads and I was like, well, I guess I'm registered on threads.
