Then we had a team working the whole event and also paying for the store.

Like it was really, really expensive.

So it was like thousands and thousands of dollars and then just didn't get the return that we thought we would.

And we just like kept hitting roadblocks like that.

Like it was just quite difficult.

Anyway, so a number of things just happened and we were losing money every month.

And about a year and a half ago...

I remember, so it was a while, but this was when like Amy kind of stopped and said, okay, I think we might be in trouble here.

And I was like five, six months pregnant.

I was like, you wouldn't have had me.

No, it was straight after that event when we were like, we just invested so much and it's all this like revenue we'd forecast that isn't going to happen.

And so, yeah, she was like, if we don't change something quickly, like we could be facing bankruptcy, like personally, which was really scary.

And so we had to, straight away, we just had to move really quickly.

So we like completely, we got rid of the entire team, which was just so brutal until it was just Amy and I again.
