I was like, how are these kids in this audience?

And how are they on Funhaus?

How did they end up on that go-kart?

And I was so fascinated by it going, well, how come I can't do that?

I remember getting Smash Hits magazine.

I used to love it because it had all the stickers in it and Top of the Pops magazine.

And in one of them, I think it was Smash Hits, the free gift was an autograph book.

And as a kid from this tiny village in the Midlands, I was like, well, how am I ever going to fill this?

And that annoyed me.

I was like, I've got this autograph book.

To this day, if I still had it, it would be empty because I just didn't understand autographs.

Who's that for?

Where am I going to meet anyone like that?

And so I think probably from a very young age, I was fascinated.

And I grew up in a house that loved comedy.

And I watched a lot of French and Saunders and women being very funny, Victoria Wood and things like that.

And I was like, that's cool.

I love how people are enjoying what they're doing because they're funny.
