But again, like in that moment, it's difficult because you obviously are so scared about what people are thinking about you.

You are like, well, I know that I've been on the plane for two years, but people who are watching, they don't know that.

And they expect me to be better than that.

And you question lots of things.

You feel you let the team down.

Like the emotions are big.

And it's really like, it was really difficult for me to navigate those moments.

But I also think that at times like...

you kind of like, that was being very, very out of my comfort zone.

Maybe I would recommend a bit like less far out from your comfort zone, but being out of your comfort zone is the space for growing really.

And, um, yeah.

And that's what, as an athlete, I think you want, you want to grow, you want to get better.

And, uh,

I didn't have any other choice.

Either I got better or either I didn't play, so I had to get better.
