I'm a brainstormer.
I want to visualize it.
So we said, what does life look like when we're 40?
And then we made four different categories.
And from memory, it was like health, lifestyle, career, relationship, and family.
And then you ask yourselves, like, these are really hard questions, but it's so important to talk it out.
Do you want kids?
Yes or no?
Do you want to live in a home or do you want to live in an apartment?
Do you want to rent?
Do you want to stay in the city that you're in?
Is there somewhere else you want to move?
What do your careers look like?
What kind of giving back do you want to do?
Do you want to help family?
Is it important for you to help your siblings?
What does it all look like?
And getting really clear on those goals and having those conversations, in my opinion, is actually really fun because
Because there might be things that you assumed both you and your partner wanted to do, but maybe it was only something you wanted to do.
