And I was just like pottering around the house, like going to the beach, reading a lot of books.

I remember specifically being in the kitchen and I was like, I should probably clean up because like I'm home, I'm free, like I'm retired.

And I looked at the stuff on the microwave, like on top of the microwave.

And I was like, I should probably put that stuff away.

And then I was like, I don't want to, I don't want to clean up this kitchen.

Like I would rather just work and build things and be happy and have a cleaner.

And that's just, I think what I enjoy more than being a housewife and retiring early.

And so like within a week, I kind of like,

decided like no I'm not going to stop working which completely defeats the whole freaking purpose of retiring but I thought I was going to like lay on a beach and read my books and hang out with my dog and I did all those things and they took about like two hours three hours at most and I was like what do I do with the rest of the day every single day and I would wake up without like I guess having purpose and it was a slippery slope and I kind of said to my husband I was like

I actually think that what I would do

Retired is just friends that invest and going and speaking to kids about financial literacy and running this brand, managing the team.

I love that kind of stuff.

I love writing books.

I love making content.

I think friends that invest is my retirement job.

My husband was like, well, I guess that's what you do.

And I was like, yeah, I guess so.

But

Had I known that there was no need to rush to retirement, maybe I would have enjoyed life a little bit more leading up to it.

There were trips that I did not take because I was trying to save.
