uh the global payment system and increasing part of the global payment system and a strategic decision from governments to underscore demand for their fiat assets, their fiat debt, um, then they will need to be regulated to ensure that um there is

uh deposit insurance associated with cash.
And therefore shouldn't r yeah, there's a danger it is perceived as cash when it really isn't.
