I think it's natural that you start to think how the player's thinking, what's their attitude going to be like, but one thing I've been incredibly impressed with this group is they've got a desire to continue to compete and that's what we're really focused on tonight is the ability to compete and work hard and the results will come on the back of that.

And, you know, obviously you get a good feel for the game down with the players.

You get to chat to them, you get to feel how they're feeling within the game, whether they're frustrated, whether they're actually feeling okay with how the game's tracking.

You get to talk to some of the leaders as well.

So I find that really beneficial, but it's more important.

You know, my current role, though, I'm liaising with Dean and Ben Matthews up in the box and making sure that the messages from the box and the strategy that needs to be done is getting it done on field.

And that's really important that, you know, the message that comes is from upstairs actually gets out onto the field for the people and we actually see the change that's required.

So I enjoy it down there.

I certainly enjoy working with Coxie and the other coaches.
