There's some sectors more reliant.

So I have asked that the tax strategy group looks at the issue of how the carbon tax operates in Ireland, how it operates in other countries,

and it will publish its paper over the summer months, and government will consider all of these in the round.

So I never liked the idea of any one minister being isolated.

The government acts as a collective in relation to these things.

And what Minister O'Callaghan is doing on behalf of the government is trying to make sure that there's value for money and there's efficiency within the court system.

And I think there's lots of people who would listen to this programme would say, God, that's a lot of money being spent on free legal aid and it's only gone in one direction.

Is it working?

Could it be more efficient?

Could it be more effective?

And that's the germ of the idea here.

I'm also in politics long enough to know that every dispute only gets resolved by engagement.

And I think everybody wants to see a resolution found here, one that is true to the minister's commitment around reform that I fully support, but one that also tries to de-escalate this situation.

So the government is supportive of the reform agenda, absolutely.

But I also know that all disputes get involved by engagement.

And the Minister would make the point, I just don't have it in front of me, that there has been engagement with the Law Society.

But look, ongoing engagement is important.

Yeah, look, I think Jim O'Callaghan is an excellent justice minister.

He has my full support.

I think it's also important to say that reforms are hard and it's the job of the government to drive reform, to drive the value.
