And those who want to make their communion, make their communion.
Those who don't, their day isn't impacted, their school isn't impacted.
And we're all very happy for the children who make their sacraments.
It's a lovely day for the families.
Yeah, I guess there is no peer pressure because, again, in our schools, you know, we're very diverse, like most primary schools.
I mean, I'm not saying our school is any different to most schools.
We're just, you know, we have diverse communities, but there's no pressure within the school day because there's nothing to be left out of.
Yeah, I mean, it seems to be the case.
I mean, you don't have to look very far or look very deep into it.
I mean, lots of parents may go along with the day and it becomes a big celebration.
It's a lovely family day.
Don't get me wrong.
And if parents want to do that, I'm not here to say people shouldn't be doing that.
My issue really is the impact it has on families who don't have that.
and are essentially forced to sit at the backs of classrooms, to be left out of things.
I don't want to come across as being anti-religion or anti-Catholic at all.
I mean, it's just, I think classrooms today are very different to what they might have been, let's say, when we were growing up.
I think you would have assumed everyone in a classroom back 25, 30 years ago
had the same faith.
The school was basically an extension of the church.
