And time again, pharmaceutical companies will tell you this.
You know, a promising preclinical lead doesn't lead to a medicine because it turns out to be atoxic or doesn't agree with humans.
So we take preclinical evidence with caution.
And personally, I'm mostly interested in human evidence.
