And I actually the first chapter I wrote was the grief chapter, which I did.

My mom had just died a couple of months earlier.

And I thought this will be the hardest one to write.

But will also show me if this is if this can be a book.

And this is a club, unfortunately, that I was joined.

But what I found was, you know, when you're going through it, you feel terribly lonely.

But the data shows you're not really alone in that.

There are lots of people who are doing the same thing, who are searching for the same data.

And also, which I found kind of reassuring, is that there are lots of people who are searching how to help people who are going through that, too.

And there's something about finding that data that made me feel less alone and actually a bit more kind of optimistic about who we are.

And you see that again and again in the data.

It really shows that we want help.

We need help.

We're not afraid to ask for it.

And you can definitely see that coming through.

So I guess if you take anything away from the book, I would say firstly it shows that we're not alone.

We're part of this collective consciousness, whether we know it or not.

Second thing is that we want help.

We want to do the right thing.

And you see that again and again, whether it's whenever there's a crisis or a disaster, people search for how to donate or how to help.
