So really he wants to get that down because that's shows that UK sorry US debt has become less risky.

And on those terms it's actually working.

The yield hasn't moved.

Yes.

I and that's ultimately what y y they have to pay, the treasury has to pay.

And the reason why the yield's not moved is 'cause basically b expectations, Fed expectations are going up.

So pe people are expecting the Fed to hike more.

The yields on the movement.

So it's still always much.

But this is classic.

You've now got it's the Fed against the the Treasury, right?

And we know who ultimately is going to win that battle, but that's part of the problem now is Walsh has got obviously it's got oil going up past the hundred dollars again, it's the Middle Eastern conflict reescalates.

Um you had some pretty good job numbers last week in the US.

So you put all that together and the Fed's kind of like in a very invidious position, right?

And really whether the buybacks work in that yield sense really comes down to the Fed right now.

So I I I wouldn't want to be Kevin Walsh 'cause he's either going to like upset uh the White House or he's gonna upset the Besant House as in the casino.
