Yeah, so that's important.

First of all, it can take a while to open an estate, even if it's for a 19-year-old.

What does that mean?

Oh, so what that means is she is preparing to be able to file a civil lawsuit.

That's what that means.

It's easy to file the suit.

It just it takes it can take a few months to get the estate set up.

So she's doing that now so that when they file the lawsuit, they can do it in the name of the estate.

And that's towards me.

I would say, I agree, there probably would have been arrests.

My guess for why it hasn't happened yet is for the same reason that I was saying, saying you're going to sue everybody is going to quiet people down.

There's a long statute of limitations.

There's at least like a year-long statute of limitations for that.

And so I think maybe that's a, I'm pretty sure that's a misdemeanor.

So they may not want to arrest people for that because that's when they're going to lawyer up and be less likely to talk.

But what they may dangle that as is, hey, if you don't voluntarily come in here and speak to us, then these are some charges that you could be facing.

Now, I think regarding the parents supplying, that could be a little more vague, but it's also difficult somewhat due to the fact that

They, as in, I think it was Warren that called it in and his grandfather, did not allow the Coast Guard to come, did not allow the authorities to come to rescue them from the boat.

So there may be limited evidence that the police can rely on with regards to charging them with the underage drinking and underage.
