Braxton Wells actually showed that there was an NDA and that he was paid, I believe it was five hundred thousand dollars to settle that one.
So what it is sounding like with these two different alleged victims is that with Mr. Wells, the second alleged victim, when he heard how much money that Mr. Dixon is going for, the $260 million, he literally wanted to hire an attorney, hire the same attorney to see if he can get his settlement agreement that was only $500,000 set aside.
