You know, we don't know if there's any criminality in that case.
If there's criminality, there may be pursuit necessary.

Off-licenses also get in trouble if they sell to children so I know it's really difficult if adults come in and buy but there is definitely something that can be done at the point of retail that can help crack down on this as well.
So is it actually going to work is I think the biggest question here.
We're kind of back to enforcement and regulations.
Like, again, in very similar ways to the scooter, the problem has got so bad that we can't wait for perfect solutions.
And unfortunately, renters...
are, again, the second category of person thought of.
Homeowners are always the first category of people thought of in this country.
