Okay.

So if you are the CEO of a company and you have a marketing department, you have an operations department, you have, I don't know, a finance department.

And each of those individual departments has their own KPIs, let's say.

Absolutely.

So these are the metrics.

These are how you know whether you're doing better or worse than last week.

Right.

And it gives you a directional sense of if things are going good or badly.

And you have a quarterly board meeting and the share price is down and you're the CEO.

And the board says, oh my God, we're going to have to fire you.

The share price is down.

We want the share price to go up.

And the CEO says, oh no, no, it's fine that the share price is going down because the marketing department and the finance department and the operations department, they're all doing super well with their KPIs.

And the board says, I don't care about the KPIs of the individual different departments of the company.

I just need the share price to go up.

And this is what we're seeing within the road safety in Ireland.
