And how many times have we heard about wrestlers and the compression on their necks and concussions, whatnot, because with all the momentum and all that body weight flying, they can't be controlled.
So if you have,
the strongest man of all time, picking you up and holding you.
It's like, I'm going to feel a lot better.
I should, I should be relatively controlled.
You know, it's yeah, it makes sense completely.
dude, I love that you said Mark Henry.
So are you, are you really like, you've totally taken to strength sports and become a student of the game, haven't you?
You know, names, man, you drop quite a few.
Yeah, you know, a little bit.
And what's cool about it, too, is the lineage when you know the history of it, like from Mark Henry, to you know, the Ray Williams, Blaine Sumners, Jesus Olivares, to yourself, there's a lineage of greatness.
That's, it's cool to be like,
in a year or two you could be in that lineage people will like that's it it's done once you win a world title or you win a major showdown etc the lineage is set you're part of history you know these names eventually people are going to talk to you this about you the same way um so it's cool to like know your history and dive into it and and realize it gives a little bit of perspective
um gentlemen do you want to take a two minute break i gotta go i gotta take a pee break for a second here and then let's come back and let's talk about the training um and a little bit of a peek behind the curtain because grino you had mentioned it's intrigued me i i was talking to colton when i had him on the podcast and he trains like a super heavyweight as well
one squat session a week.
Um, some people do more like heavyweights.
I'm used to hearing this Colton, not a heavyweight and he trains like a heavyweight, but he's got heavyweight numbers, but I want to hear about the frequency, the weightage in some of these other things that you were doing, bringing back the West side style.
That's intriguing.
And I think people are going to talk about it.
And, and, um, so let's, let's take a peek behind the curtain, but first quick two minute P break gentlemen.
