It's just a top down version.
I always look at the four units, right?
Offense defense for both teams.
And we tend as analysts are just like the public at large.
We always focus on the best units, right?
So I'm looking at say that's audio.
I'm looking at Detroit and I'm saying they're going to have elite defenses, right?
That's, that's really, what's going to drive the discussion.
If they were to meet in the finals, it would be pitted as like this defensive battle.
But what I tend to do is look for what I think is the weakest unit.
And in this case, I would have said the Pistons offense was the weakest of those four units.
And I think a lot of times, especially in the playoffs, that weakest unit is what winds up deciding the series.
And I think if these two teams were to meet in the finals, I don't think the Pistons have enough offense to keep up, you know, obviously Cade struggled, but you know, from the efficiency standpoint, but that's going to happen when the Spurs have all these guards who are incredible defenders who are going to harass him and
And they've got Wemby patrolling the paint like crazy.
Didn't that game turn in the third quarter with that Spurs just defensive push when he's blocking shots like crazy, everything's just going nuts.
And Detroit's looking around saying Tobias Harris, Duncan Robinson, you guys are not built for this.
I'm sorry.
it's not going to be enough.
And so it makes me wonder, should Detroit have considered doing something at the deadlines, loading up a little bit, getting another weapon, because I think they have enough offense to get through the East.
I don't think they have enough offense to win a championship.
