But but you know, tensions tensions still elevated there and that is keeping um keeping oil oil prices higher.
Yeah, so so as as you said, positive positive earnings results out of JP Morgan, Goldman, Bank of American City, uh all beating expectations, with the strength really coming from the equity trading revenues.
So you saw record high stock trading revenues from both Goldman's and and and JP Morgan.
Um so you know, st stellar results.
JP Morgan's CEO, Jamie Diamond, was cautious.
though about the outlook.
He he he did note that you know there are several risks, uh um and they're shifting.
Um he's a below the surface like tectonic plates.
Um he's you know he's focusing on the geopolitical backdrop which we just talked about, sticky inflation.
large global fiscal deficits and elevator prices.
So, you know, he he he um you know w while recognizing that the positive results, he's also recognizing you know the the outlook does does remain uncertain.
But some great results from from the banks uh which did support uh US US equities.
We did have the Nasdaq has outperformed because you've seen a bit of a a a rally in in um
Chipmaker stocks.
Um but on on the Dow Jones say that that has underperformed and weighing on the on the Dow has been IBM.
So IBM shares have fallen by the most in what I'm reading in the most at least fifty eight years.
Um so massive, massive massive.

Yeah, so it it it is it is massive moves on what one might think is not a massive miss.
Um uh uh you know, they were preliminary results, so so I think I'm not sh quite sure when we get the final results, but it was
