Um but having having I should point out that um Governor Bullock was asked a question around, you know, does she see this this shift in in policy stance as a start of a of a um voice-verified

Yeah, look fr from a headline headline sort of print level, a f a fall of close to fifteen percent is is a bit sort of eye grabbing, but when you dig into the detail, uh you can see that most of this was was this was came from um a decline in non detached dwellings, so apartments. voice-verified

um in the month of December, which followed a a very large increase of thirty percent in the previous month in November. voice-verified

Um what w what was of note was by states, South Australia saw a strong rise in detached dwellings in the month and it was up thirteen point one percent. voice-verified
