So seeing is to believe or seeing it is to believe it in many ways.
So
Unfolding the brand in a in a very sort of visual, impactful way is also ac accelerating the dimension internally.
So being a little, I should say, quite strict on the way that we use our brain, also in internal communication on town halls and internal presentations.
I'm actually not accepting that you are not treating the brand with respect and we act on that immediately so it doesn't dilute.
perspective on that?
I love that.
It's another one of our passions where I like to believe, and I know that's not true, but I still like to say it because I'm trying to make it true, that if only track unit knew what I know, or if ninety percent of the information that I sit with is made available to the organization.
Then we just simply make better decisions.
The way we do that is by an extreme level of transparency.
And we are not naive.
And when things need to be very strict from an information flow point of view, we actually go the extra mile to ensure that it is strictly handled.
But 90% of the information that flows in a company around strategy, around direction, things that we decided not to do, important things.
If you can find
a mechanism to make that generally available, both intuitively, easy to search, easy to access, but also find a means of communicating it or not from a top-down point of view, but from a bottoms up point of view.
you mobilize and enable in ways that are maybe two or three times faster, at least in my experience, than if you rely on middle management to do that.
And there's nothing wrong with middle management.
It's simply just the fact that we ask our managers to do a lot, run teams
challenge around priorities and they have so many things that very often communication becomes a thing that gets lesser attention simply because there is only so many hours during a work day.
And you actually ending up having the communication to the organization as a limiting factor because there's not time enough.
