It was, it was very restrictive.
Um, I can have, I can have a protein shake and four almonds.
It was like that.
Yeah.
Very gradual process.
So I slowly started, I was, you know, I was like, I'm going to stop tracking my calories.
I'm tired of it.
It's not, it's not working.
It's not working.
So I stopped tracking, but I was still eating, you know, like protein at every meal.
But what was so interesting is over, I don't know how many months it was, but like it was less than a year.
I stopped trying so hard.
And I think the thing I do want to emphasize is that binge eating can have multiple triggers.
You know, eating behavior is so complicated.
For me, a lot of it, because for a lot of people, it's not actually about the food.
