I think it's just the focus that is centred on that artist.
You know, the spotlight, you know, the room is black, the stage is black.
It's just that one person under a spotlight.
And, you know, the coaches are concentrating because they can't see anything.
They have to like you take one sense away and the other senses become more acute.
So it's really it's fantastic that I get to watch it.
That's the thing.
And that's where I get frustrated because somebody might be a great entertainer and I want them to turn.
And sometimes they don't.
She is such a delight, you know, and I have pinched myself for the last couple of seasons getting to work with her because she is a spice girl for a start.
But she's also, I think, one of the most genuine and intelligent people.
warm, caring people and kind people that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
She is really, really such a delight.
And she's coming from a really interesting background too.
And she has lived a life
