But I I think for grilling, I really love finding the thickest asparagus I can get.

And this was really like almost quarter size thick.

So thick that I sliced it in half lengthwise and grilled.

It really is beautiful and it really takes minutes to make.

But I'm happy you talked about the color because the colors on the plate really was part of what made the meal so joyful.

I have to stop you because there's a lot here that I was not expecting that's like, whoa, this is a very different salad that I'm used to.

For one, mango and kumquat is not a combination I've ever had and it sounds incredible.

And then I thought you were gonna talk about some more Asian style dressing.

I did not expect Dijon to be in the mix here.

Where is this recipe from?

I love Kumquats, but this time of year, they're not even at my grocery store anymore.

But in living in California, I remember picking cumquats throughout the summer.
