I got some really big, meaty pieces of asparagus, grilled them really simply with just olive oil, salt, and pepper.

And then I made a really simple salad with shredded purple cabbage, just as easy as can be.

with just lime, salt, a little bit of oil, and then some steamed rice.

And we were obsessed with this dinner.

It was so easily the best dinner I've made in weeks.

Actually, I got purple asparagus, interestingly enough.
