They're just so easy and they're so cold and refreshing, I guess.
So in this one, it's pretty easy as can be.
It's a graham cracker crust.
With grand crackers and butter.
You don't have to bake it.
You cube up some mango, but you kind of s squish them with your hands.
I think you could use a potato masher, that's the direction.
So you kind of release some of their sugars and soften them, but you don't have to get out any crazy equipment.
And then you taste it because some mango is sweeter and you add some condensed milk.
And then if it's not bright enough, you add a little lime juice.
So if you want a little more acidity, sometimes amigo can be so, so sweet that it needs that little brightness of lime.
And then you combine condensed milk and whipping cream and you whip them together until just they're firm.
And then you do a layer of the whipped cream and condensed milk, which has a slightly thicker mousse-like texture than a just whipped cream on its own.
Then you do a layer of this gently broken up mango mixture with lime.
Then you do another layer of the cream, another layer of the mango.
Once you assemble it, you stick it in your freezer and it's recommended to do it overnight, which I love.
For hosting as well.
You could do this day before, you could probably do it two days before.
And then before serving, just an hour before you want to take it out of the freezer so it has time to soften, but it's still gonna be very, very cold.
No churn ice cream is typically made with just heavy cream and condensed milk.
