Wow, that's so unusual for potato salad.

You have everything you were saying just felt like a version of what I already do with potato salad, just with smashed potatoes.

But the cucumbers are different.

Frozen coated grapes, I feel like, are having a real moment.

And it also reminds me of almost like a tahine on fruit, that Aleppo prepper, that little bit of spiciness goes with so well with the sweetness.

That sounds delicious.

What I love about it is these are dishes that are actually kind of new to me.

The midwestern raw vegetable pizza, the root beer, barbecue sauce, chicken, the smashed potato salad.

I also have never made even though I've seen it.

I love being introduced to all these ideas.
