It's one of my favorites.
Yeah, and I usually pickle sour cherries.
It's a very slavic recipe.
I can actually share my recipe, but it's a similar idea.
It's like vinegar, sugar.
Some people add some kind of spice.
I use cardamom in mine.

The idea of a pickled cherry, it just adds so much flavor.
It's good in a salad.
It's also good on like a charcuterie board.
If you're doing a picnic, you know, you're going to an outdoor concert and you bring these little pickle cherries with you, I think a bing cherry is wonderful for a pickled cherry as well.
I love being reminded about pickle cherries.
It's really one of my favorite summer things.
Yeah, but every recipe is a little different and every application of them is different.
