In the new updated recipe, she has you take the eggs and the sugar, and you're combining them until they create the ribbon effect, which means it's like you'll start seeing a ribbon of egg mixture.

Lighter in color, it will get much smoother.

And that's when the sugar has dissolved.

Also, in this recipe, she uses whole three whole eggs instead of two eggs and a yolk.

So the other thing that was different is that in this updated recipe, she does have you melt chocolate in addition to using the Dutch processed cocoa powder, in addition to using chocolate chips, but she uses much fewer chocolate chips than she did in the original book recipe.

Yeah, I mean I haven't made the online version yet because I made the book version.

Again, excellent.

Definitely one of my best bites of the week.

But now I'm really eager to try her most updated newest version.

I feel like there are people who are more like me about baking, there are people who are more like you about baking.

I don't think either is better or worse.

There are the total geeks who wanna know the total science behind every bake good.

And for me, getting your perfect brownie or chocolate chip cookie could be a lifelong mission.

That's the fun of it for me, is that every time I make it, I can make it better.

I love that.
