And if you've never had it before, all it is Dover Sol, they're thin fillets of fish with no bones, no skin.

Then once they're pan fried, they get golden and brown on the outside.

You take them out of the pan.

And you wanna cook them in batches because you don't wanna overcrowd your pan.

So you know I did two batches for the two of us and we had a little leftover.

Then once the fish is cooked, you add more butter to the pan and you basically make a brown butter sauce.

And then you add lots of lemon juice to your browned butter and capers.

And then you pour that over the fish.
