I kind of am aware of the time, not too long, but enough time.

But I think that feeling, regardless of whether you're a Carrie style cook or more like you, it's the feeling of calm.

So when your host is calm, no matter what, your guests are going to feel better.

I do think that's real too.

One thing you were talking about earlier and I'm reminded of now is I used to be the kind of host to be like, oh, the chicken's a little overdone.

And I learned at some point that's so annoying for guests.

Just don't say anything.

Just move on.

Let it go.

Because really it's a disservice to your guests.

Yeah, you really kind of have to shut up sometimes.

So this might be a really tough question to answer, but I feel like you're the person to answer it.

Do you think there's a goat of recipe writing?

Is there one person who you think just every recipe I've ever tried of theirs works every single time and or it's like the kind of person you're like, I need a recipe for biscuits.

for a sheep hand meal, I know I'm going to go to them and they're going to have something that works.

I think that's wonderful.
