And so I made it one week and I was like, yep, this is my best bite.
And we shared it and we shared it on our sub stack too.
And it's really sort of taken a life of its own, which I love this kind of recipe.
I mean, I don't know who invented it.
It does come from France.
It involves their little pots of yogurt.
In France, yogurt comes in these little containers.
Although in America, you could use any container of yogurt you have too.
And the idea is you empty your single serving yogurt container and everything is like a ratio of,
One container yogurt to two containers of sugar to three containers of flour with three eggs.
You mix it all in one bowl.
The recipe we shared also has measurements if you're like, I don't want to use this method.
But the point of this method is that it's so reliable that even if your measurements are a little off, you have a little extra sugar, a little extra flour, it's not going to affect this cake.
And then you bake it either in a loaf tin or in a cake pan.
You can kind of bake it in anything you have.
And then if you want to
Make it fancier.
You could add some blueberries, raspberries.
You could add some more spices.
You could add zest, citrus zest.
