I think the really thing that we can keep doing to keep building communities and keep being what we are and growing is to make sure that, you know, we're working with unis, for example, or colleges or schools and
trying to foster that kind of like new generation of us that are gonna come in because that's what people did for us years ago and brought us in.
And I think it's making sure that we're doing that for others.
Otherwise it will just be as
our little team forever and ever and eventually when we retire or get taken over by by II, it's the it's the younger people that will be there doing the work.
Yeah, I feel like uh, you know, I say it all the time, like I wouldn't have literally this job had I not, you know, all the support and the love and, you know, everything that I've had from the communities over the years.
That's what's got me in this role.
So I think, you know, it's kind of like what can you do and give back?
You know, is it, you know, like said, attend an event?
It could even just be something as small as
commenting on someone's LinkedIn post about a blog that they've you've done.
You know, it's just supporting other people.
It doesn't have to be a huge gesture.
It can be something small.
And I think if more of us kind of make sure that we're doing that type of thing, our communities will grow, but they'll just be stronger and we'll be closer.
So yeah, it doesn't have to be going to an event or doing something huge or setting up your own podcast.
It could be something small, even at the end of someone's talk.
you know, go up to them and be like, Oh, I loved your talk, you know, I'd love to connect with you, I'd love to ask you another question, like
From that you could build a friend for life, a business future, business partner.
You really don't know.
