A lot of people like myself, for example, I got into search marketing twelve years ago.
Is the realization is that the job we signed up for doesn't exist anymore.
And I feel like for a lot of people that's quite hard to deal with.
That's kind of hard to kind of

not move on from but kind of work out where to go next.
So I feel like a lot of people in the community are kind of having those questions of like, gosh, this is not what I signed up for, you know, all this AI and automation and it didn't exist like ten, twelve years ago in the way that it does.
So I think that's something that is a community we need to be careful of.
You know, if people want to move on into different careers, that's absolutely amazing.
But just make sure that by kind of supporting those people who are a little bit like feeling a little bit lost and a little bit, you know, unsure on what they want to do and how they want to progress.
Um, because yeah, the job I signed up for.

What I studied at uni
or the uni books that I've got, you know, it's all out of date now.
None of it, you know, even exists.
So I've noticed that a lot.
Um, and for our events, we are we are seeing that more people want to hear career progression talks, for example, personal branding talks.
