I don't regret things.

I just keep moving forwards.

And I always need something ahead of me.

And even like my grandfather, who was an orthopedic surgeon.

I remember him in his 70s.

He learned Italian and he taught himself Italian and he'd go and give lectures in Italian.

And I'm now teaching myself Italian, you know, on Duolingo.

But I love I love that kind of learning and we can all challenge ourselves and do something new.

And it's really satisfying.

It's really fulfilling to do it.

But what I want to know is why did you start off by saying I probably won't do a triathlon?

I think I'd fall over getting my shoes on.

I find it quite faffy, a triathlon.

Messy.

It's just like, it's the transitions.

And it's also, you have to train all the different, you know, I find running easy because I can fit it in.

But I did do one sprint triathlon.

And the swimming, yes, I mean, exactly the same thing.

I had a lesson.

And I thought, oh, this is quite a revelation.
