I just have, it's taught me huge consistencies.

I just I think in this day and age, you know, I mean, I like I like Instagram.

I do use Instagram, but I just think in this day and age, it's quite hard.

Well, I value my privacy.

So I have written stuff which is very, you know, very open about my father dying and my sister.

And I wrote about George.

And I wrote about my dog dying, which was just traumatic.

There was another set of tears.

And, you know, those kind of things, which were really personal and really emotional for me.

But I think for me, it's still really important just to preserve.

I am a really private person, actually, at the heart of it.

I'm very private.

And so I've given, yes, I have in the book, I've given far more than I planned to.

Jeremy Boehm, our international editor, was the one who said to me when I first set out to write this,

And I wrote one chapter about the marathon and collapsing and then I didn't know what to do.

And and I got stuck and he's written books.

I rang him and he said, well, the thing is, Sophie, this is a memoir.

And I said, is it?

Am I writing a memoir?

I didn't think I was.
