Okay. So today is a little more superficial. Today I was working out and. Good for you. I don't work out. And I like lifting weights to the treadmill, but I did one last thing. That sent me over the edge. I never have panic attacks ever. Really?
I do, I do. Oh, they're the worst. Yeah, they sure are. And I had one today after, yes, after I, so I pushed myself too hard and then I got really nauseous and then I started panicking about how nauseous I was and then I got really hot and then I couldn't feel my hands and I was like, oh my God, I'm having a panic attack. And I had to run outside and lay down. And it was so embarrassing.
Like, I just felt so embarrassed. No.
