And then there's another moment when they first put together they're going to die.

And that's a frightening moment in your development, right?

And you're like, oh, shit, I'm not permanent?

Oh, my god.

So yeah, it's worth grappling with the difficulty of that.

There are different ways that people cope with death.

And some people are spiritual, obviously, or religious, and for them, death may not be the end, right?

So death may not have the same significance, and it may even mean paradise or something fantastic or reincarnation or whatever.

So that, I think, is one way that people cope with death is if they have beliefs that make them feel like it's not the end, then that makes it a lot easier.

For people that don't believe in an afterlife or atheists and just think that's it, that you're done,

They're kind of classic philosophical arguments of why you shouldn't worry about death.

One of them is that you've already been dead from the entire history of the universe until the moment you were born.

And, you know, that was fine, right?

It doesn't feel like anything.

So, you know, you've got a lot of experience or really lack of experience with this.

So that's kind of one.

And some people, some people that resonates with them.

Yeah.

Yeah, and, you know, I think different kind of arguments work differently for different people.

But, you know, another classic argument is that if you think about, like, who does death harm?
