Again, I don't think as a you know, I'm I'm English, so I don't think it's really for me to say, but I can absolutely see why they would say that.
I mean, Olympic gold medalist, um, that's phenomenal in itself, um, to get an old side.
So it's sporting
very few people, I think, in any industry, let alone sport, where
you can be really, really successful.
So considered the or definitely one of the best in the entire world.
And everybody likes them.
When does that happen?
It's it's really rare.
Some people only dislike someone because of the success.
Yet with Katie Taylor that doesn't happen.
People are behind her, they're rooting for a um now there might be the odd one that's had, you know, opponents or whatever, fine.
That's sport, that's competition.
But generally speaking, as a human being, you don't hear bad things said about Katie because this entire time, all of those achievements, all of that success.
She's been the same person, she's had the same values, she's been um committed to being that positive role model to young people and to everybody, and she's been committed to the causes that she believes in.
And it's it's a very rare quality to find in anybody.

Sports people especially it's part of what drives you to that that pride to to succeed in competition.
Everyone's got an ego, but it's about controlling it, and that's an example of it.
