Why would I?

I want to age appropriately, but I mean, our parents aged terribly.

You know, they just didn't have the resources and the information and knowledge that we have these days.

So as long as my brain is working and I'm clear, I want to continue to work it because I think sedentary lifestyle is the new cancer.

Mentally and physically.

We have to move, but we also have to use our brains.

So listen, I just dropped my daughter off at college this year.

We're empty nesters.

I have the time to do it.

So this is what I want to do.

It's good.

It took some transitioning time.

Her and I are very, very close and it, it did.

It took a lot of transitioning and, um, I found myself coloring and doing puzzles.

Like, cause I wasn't, you know, That's some old lady shit, dude.

Like, yeah, yeah.

But it took me a few months and now I'm, I'm good.

And there's a whole different level of worry that you have when your kids leave the home, right?
