my time, and so that's the reality of the market, and it's something that we have to contend with, and I think the biggest thing with our goaltending is when we play a better team game, we give them a chance to be at their best, and I think when we don't do that, and there's been large stretches this year when we

we haven't been as committed from top to bottom with playing a simple game, then it certainly puts a lot of pressure on our goalies.

And in those moments, that's when they haven't been at their best.

But I think when we've played those solid games, I think they've been very good.

I guess you probably want everything.

You want not only the goalies to be good when the environment is easier for them, but even when we're playing bad, you want them to save the day.

So it's fair to say that we haven't nailed that part of it yet.

But hopefully, the way we've played recently here,

we've had a better team performance and i think when that happens i think our goaltending has been has been solid and that's what we're looking for we don't want to put too much pressure on either one position player as a goalie or a defenseman or a forward we're trying to get the team to play a way that we think is repeatable and gives us the best chance and like you know like last night

I think it was pretty impressive to watch.

Not only, if you look at Connor McDavid's performance, it was unbelievable.

Three goals, highlight goals, great plays.

But the way our team played on top of that, we didn't give them much of anything.

And we didn't put our goalies in a tough spot.

They made a couple saves here and there.
